Sintering makes it possible to manufacture technical mechanical parts from compressed metal powders consolidated by heat treatment.

Shaping is performed by compaction along a pressing axis. This process enables the rapid production of complex geometries, such as face gears, without material loss, with densities ranging from 5.6 to 7.1 g/cm³.
Compacted parts are then sintered in continuous furnaces, with temperatures and cycle times adjusted according to the materials and required characteristics, with grade 10 quality tolerances.
According to specifications, parts may undergo additional operations: deburring, impregnation with various products, machining, heat treatment or surface treatment.
Sintering enables the production of technical geometries with high repeatability while maintaining competitive series production costs.
